Named for its designer, Daniel Fenn, the DF is light, rigid, and fast.
The DF’s carbon fiber monocoque body wraps snugly around the rider. This makes means less room for luggage. but it allows a sharper cut through the air. Optional wheel skirts and tail extensions make an even cleaner cut.
The DF has independent suspension on all three wheels to glide over rough roads, keeping the velonaut in control at speed.
The fully-enclosed chain makes the drive system low maintenance. Unlike a traditional bike, debris and moisture cannot easily enter the drive train, reducing on-road failures and increasing the life of the chain.
The DF is equipped with a standard lighting package. This includes a forward facing headlamp, rear facing tail lamps, front and rear turn signal indicators, and a brake light.
We can set up the batteries to last for hours, days, or even weeks of use between charges.

Which DF is Right for You?
The DF velomobile is a tight fit. Height is a factor, of course, but large shoes can create clearance problems. Even BMI needs to be considered.
DF
Velonauts should be no taller than 5’10” (1.78m) with a shoe size no larger than ten.
DF-XL
This larger version of the DF can accommodate riders up to 6’6″ tall.
